Fuselage Creations proudly welcomes to the collection ‘Oscar Juliet’ – a Boeing 757-300 that faithfully served German leisure carrier Condor for over 25 years.

Affectionately nicknamed the ‘pencil’ for its sleek, elongated fuselage, the 757-300 holds a special place in Concord’s history. In the late 1990s, the airline was actively searching for a cost-efficient, high-capacity successor to its ageing McDonnell Douglas DC-10 fleet. Boeing responded by stretching the standard 757 by seven meters, creating a unique aircraft that combined impressive capacity with narrow body economics.

Aviation enthusiasts who admire the rare 757-300 variant owe much to Condor, whose commitment played a pivotal role in bringing this distinctive aircraft to the skies.

This edition celebrates one of Europe’s most eye-catching liveries – Condor’s vibrant ‘Yellow Sunshine’ scheme, applied to D-ABOJ in 2022. Its bold strip design became an unmistakable sign on the sun-drenched aprons Palma De Mallorca and Hurghada, perfectly matching the leisure spirit of the airline’s network.

‘Oscar Juliet began its journey in March 2000 in Germany and remained under the same registration throughout its carrier, briefly wearing ‘Powered by Thomas Cook’ titles between 2002 and 2004.

Like all good things, her story eventually reached its final chapter. After a remarkable quarter century of service, the aircraft was retired in October 2025 and scrapped in February 2026 at St Athan. Though no longer gracing the skies, its spirit and history live on, reborn as a unique keychain for collectors and aviation lovers alike
